In order to make every step of the customer journey easy and effortless, aha Insurance wanted to remove any barriers to purchase by auto-populating as much quote information as possible, including driving record, vehicle details, and much more.
To keep customers coming back, and to go above and beyond, aha Insurance needed to extend their service offering with a self-service customer portal where customers could manage every detail of their policies.
