Ryan is an Associate Director at Bits In Glass where he’s responsible for managing and executing the full delivery and implementation of custom Appian solutions for clients. He has nearly a decade of experience providing project and portfolio management as well as strategic guidance and advisory services for some of the nation’s largest healthcare companies. During his time at one of the nation’s largest healthcare payers, Ryan led the planning, implementation, and rollout of a low-code development platform. The application orchestrated the care of over 1,000,000 members and was subsequently rolled out to additional lines of businesses.
