Durabuilt's existing sales solution was unable to accommodate multi-channel customers, had insufficient reporting features, did not provide clear tracking metrics of customer activities, and did not allow Durabuilt to track multiple tender business processes when bidding for new business.
Durabuilt was looking to review its sales processes and implement Salesforce solutions to help increase efficiency across all its sales channels.
